So, this time I™™m going with a beautifully designed Frigidaire professional fridge and it™™s truly very beautiful in my kitchen and counter depth and believe it or not has more room inside than my old whirlpool fridge. I™™m very impressed and love the slim handles on the door as well that don™™t stick out. I would say, I™™m glad I made the switch and I™™m looking forward to making more Frigidaire appliances choices soon for my kitchen and I would highly recommend this . We chose this model over a large selection at our appliance store because if it's simplicity, clean lines, and side by side feature with water and ice in the freezer properly! Love it! Had a Samsung prior to this, and fought with it for a few years before disposing of it to the metal recycler! The Frigidaire had good reviews, has a good name, and I was pleased with the no-frills package. Everything you need in a fridge.

I really like my refrigerator/freezer, the counter depth size looks great in my kitchen. It is well lit and keeps foods at proper temperature. The only minor detractions I can mention are catching all the ice cubes as they are dispensed from the door (most fall into the cup but a few tend to miss the cup) and it takes a little patience to move the shelves.

Refrigerator was installed and the ice maker doesn™™t work. Frigidaire sent a company called D3Services out to my home one Christmas Eve at 4:00pm. The tech said ice maker doesn™™t work and needs a new one. Why would Frigidaire send me a refrigerator with broken ice machine. Now Frigidaire will NOT replace my unit even though I paid $2400 and have full warranty. Frigidaire used to be a great company. Now they outsource their customer service to Philippines and they are not very nice. Hope this saves someone else the time and money invested in trying to get this working.

I like the refrigerator, but within 36 hours the circuit boards that control the ice maker had an error. After having it serviced, they are going to replace both under warranty. They haven't been replaced yet, and the rest of the unit is working fine I hope this is no indication of how this is going to go in the future. I bought a professional series hoping for something professional. We will see.

This is a fantastic counter depth side by side fridge. It™™s well designed and quiet. The space inside is thoughtfully laid out to maximize the amount of space available in the drawers and doors. The ice maker is huge. I previously had a very similar fridge from Maytag but it was garbage compared to this one. The Maytag had a large wiring bundle that went from underneath up into the freezer door, the pivot point and a piece of plastic from underneath eventually cut through the wiring bundle; that™™s because Maytag side by sides are garbage and they have known about the design flaw for years and haven™™t fixed it. The Frigidaire does not have this issue, one the ice maker is inside so there™™s less wiring going into the freezer door and two tye area where it™™s routed is designed to pivot without wearing on the bundle.

The toe shield at the bottom does not stay in place and keeps sticking our like an eye soOK. We had to use duct tape to hold it in place for now.The ice dispenser is a bit messy and ice falls to the floor or on the small shelf. If it melts, it causes a small mess.Other than this, it seems ok.

I've had my fridge for about a week now and it's working well. For a day or two after installation the fridge was quite noisy. I thought that would be an issue however the noise went away after a few days. The fridge motor was working hard trying to get to the right temp that's why it was so noisy. The only issue I have is that I'm unable to fully open the bottom drawers because my fridge is against a wall to the right. Caution to those who have the same problem. Also items do get frozen on the top left hand corner of the fridge where the vent is. This can be avoided if you don't block the vent. Other than this I'm quite happy with it.

I have this fridge/freezer now since about 3 month and did like it very much at first, until I got frustrated with frozen Milk, frozen yoghurt, frozen eggs etc... it said to NOT FILL THE SHELFS because of airflow, so why do I have a fridge that can not be full??? They just got to adjust their technology for the costumers and not jus for themselves... so disappointing, do not know where to place the big soy-milk or the big cream jar so that it doesn't freeze... then having two yoghurt on top of each other does not work either! Heck! Doesn't a fridge has to be made to be full ??

I was excited to get this fridge and the entire appliance set. Excitement soon turned to disappointment and frustration. The fridge was delivered but was not installed until a later date. When it was installed the Home Depot installer noted it wasn™™t working properly. He noted it on his paperwork and said to call Home Depot for a replacement. Home Depot sent someone else out to look at the fridge who agreed it needed to be replaced. But Home Depot then said since it had been more than 48 hours since it was delivered they couldn™™t do anything and I had to call Frigidaire. Contacted Frigidaire and their customer service has been nothing short of frustrating to deal with including long hold times, non US based reps and having to wait weeks for a repair person to come look at the fridge. Still no resolution to my issue.

This refrigerator is not completely quiet but after it got fully down to the proper temperature it very rarely needs to run and when it is running it's not overwhelmingly loud. We love the size of the ice cubes, however folx should know that it takes about 2 days to fill up the ice container. Once the ice bucket is full it has no issues staying full with regular use. This fridge makes it easy to see what is inside. The layout of the drawers and the transparent shelving help us see what we have without needing to dig around and have the fridge open all the time. It's counter-depth size is compact and perfect for the space we have without losing the space we need for our family.

I recently had to replace my original Frigidaire Counter Depth SBS because the compressor on the freezer died. My local appliance store just happened to have the new and improved model and it was on sale! Although it is the same footprint, and the door bins are deeper, the configuration makes it seem roomier inside somehow. My husband likes that the temperature has moved to the inside of the door panel so the front only has the water and ice buttons. Looking forward to many years with this one.

Technically this is smaller than our previous fridge, but it is incredibly more functional and hold more as a result. My only issue is things on the top shelf in the back left, freeze.

Fridge and freezer stopped working after less than ONE day. Lost about $200 of groceries. Of course delivery occurred on a Friday so appliance store did little and cannot get us a replacement until Wednesday so we are without fridge and freezer for days. Not even being reimbursed delivery fee despite our inconvenience and losses and will cost extra because of course we will again tip the delivery guys since it is not their fault. Never again will we work with KAM appliance in Hanover, MA or buy a Frigidaire.
