I utilized their website to comparison shop for a mattress. Their site wasn’t very helpful, but I’ve purchased furniture here in the past. They have a variety of quality and price points to accommodate most wallet limitations. I like that I can really inspect the comfort and quality of furniture before purchasing.

I was able to with the assistance of Matthew from the Lock Haven store find a dryer and have it delivered in a week. I appreciate all the time that was given to me with my search for a dryer. All the information I got from Matthew was accurate and very clear. Too bad a larger chain doesn't share the same customer service values as Beiters.

I had the BEST experience with Beiter’s!!! If anybody knows me they know how “Particular” I am and EVERYTHING has to be on point if I’m orchestrating it. My Mother has been wanting a Lift Recliner Chair for YEARS and Myself and Children, Tristan and Taquoia bought her one. I wanted to surprise her with a bow on it and everything. The delivery men did EVERYTHING that was supposed to b done EXACTLY how I wanted it done so the delivery was a SUCCESS!!! I am ever so grateful to Beiter’s for making Me smile but more importantly, making My Mom SMILE…SURPRISE🎉🎉🎉😘😘😘

Purchased a three-piece mammoth wrap around couch with large ottoman, ordered in May was delivered in September, when they delivered the couch everything was great but had to return the ottoman because it was too large for the living room, and even though it was pre-ordered they agreed to refund the money for the ottoman with no problem or questions asked, awesome customer service

Just took delivery of my new Serta from Beiters. The whole transaction took place online with the help of Janice, who was a delight to work with! She was very informative about the mattress and adjustable base, set up the delivery (and even changed the original delivery date to better fit my schedule)! The delivery men had it set up in less than an hour and hauled away all of the packing materials. I would 100% recommend purchasing from Beiters! Thank you!

I loved that this business really cares about their customers. Just moved from North Carolina, Eric really went the extra mile for us and helped us find exactly what we wanted and needed. We purchased a beautiful leather couch that was the most comfortable couch I've ever been on let alone owned. They delivered it on Saturday. The deliver guys were very careful and courteous. I love the fact that you can track your delivery too! This place is the real deal. A++

I found my experience with Beiter's very good overall. The salesperson did forget to offer Scotchgard on my couch and it is an option so I was a little disappointed about that. Also, I was confused as to how to reserve an item if it was out of stock. Initially they said they would hold it for me and I didn't need a deposit they would just let me know when they were coming in and I can pay for it then and then they told me no, you need a deposit and we will hold it for you until it comes in. So communication wasn't great but the item itself is very good (I got a sectional) and the delivery guys were pretty good too.

I bought a new Frigidaire dishwasher from Beiter's after canceling online orders from both Sears and Lowe's that were were going to take well over a month for delivery and were impersonal with poor customer service. Beiter's was professional and efficient in every way. My salesman at the Sunbury was knowledgeable of his inventory and helped guide my eventual purchase of a product that served my needs. My salesman then set up a delivery that took less than two weeks. The delivery team called me with specific details and when they had to move the delivery by one day, they waived the fee to haul away my old dishwasher. The delivery team was professional and efficient and provided me helpful knowledge of what I needed to keep from my old dishwasher for the new installation. The only thing they don't do is install, but they would have provided info. on who could if I needed it. I will certainly consider Beiter's first for future appliance purchases moving forward.

I was looking for a new bed and mattress. I always wanted a big beautiful sleigh bed, but knew I couldn’t afford that and a mattress. Beiters salesperson, Karen, worked with me finding the bed of my dreams in the clearance area. And a clearance mattress as well so that I could afford both. The delivery went just as smoothly. Their delivery app kept me updated on their arrival and they were actually earlier than originally told. And the setup guys were in and out quickly and so nice. Next is a new sofa and I won’t even waste my time looking anywhere other than Beiters.

My sales person was Tina. She was extremely nice and helpful to me and my friend. I went back later to show my husband the furniture and although Tina wasn’t there the sales person was also very nice. I think his name was Dan but not sure. He was even able to lower the price on the power reclining sofa and chair we bought. The delivery guys Rob and Greg were very friendly, careful and cautious bringing in the furniture. I will buy from Beiters again as I have in the past. Great customer service definitely helps when shopping. Thank you for another wonderful experience buying furniture.

Was in dire need of a washer as mine abruptly quit without warning. Beiter's had the best selection of washer and dryer sets on site and pricing was in line with all the other places I had shopped. They were able to deliver within a couple days, when the other places were not able to deliver for a couple weeks! Most impressive was the delivery and set up crew. Great customer service. Went in and bought a washer with no hassle of sales people pushing products. I was let to shop on my own with any questions I had answered promptly. The next week I bought a dryer by just calling. With free delivery and hook up. Great hometown store to buy from. I recommend shopping here to anyone. Make it your first stop.

I saw the dishwasher I wanted on-line. I called the Milton Store, on Saturday where Dan told me they could have it by Tuesday. We have bought several pieces of furniture from Beiter's (Mansfield location) over the years, and have never had a problem. Their service is top notch. The salespeople are very helpful, but not pushy. A few years ago, we purchased living room furniture. A few days after it was delivered, we discovered a flaw in one of the pieces. It was the quickest customer service call I ever made. No questions, no hassle - they immediately offered to replace the piece. The arrangements were made in less than 15 minutes! We recently purchased a bed for my daughter. We got a great deal, they set up delivery around our schedule and were very prompt. The delivery guys were fantastic! We always shop around before making a major purchase, but we always end up back at Beiter's.

We told him that this was the first place we had looked so we weren't ready to buy at this point.
