As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (844) 861-4630 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Beiter’s handles returns, exchanges, and general sales policies on a case-by- case basis using the guidelines below. The objective is to be fair, reasonable, and to satisfy our customers with a "no hassles" procedure.

All returns & exchanges require that products are in their original condition. Returned or exchanged products must be clean and include all original parts. If purchased with a major credit card, the card and proper ID is required to be presented for refund processing. Beiter’s does not retain credit card information.

Receipt is not required for refunds/exchanges. Beiter's may require a valid ID for returns.

Original delivery fees, labor, assembly, and fabric spray is non-refundable.

Beiter's requires a $109 delivery and pickup fee for all returns, exchanges, and re-deliveries.

Exception: Manufactures defect, concealed damages, defective merchandise.

Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise does not include outlet, floor models, or products sold as-is. These products were sold and described at time of sale with certain defects, blemishes, scratches, and dents.

At our discretion we may dispatch a technician to verify, troubleshoot, and/or confirm the defective components. There is no cost to the purchaser.

If defective merchandise is confirmed, Beiter's will pick up (only if Beiter’s originally delivered) at no charge. Beiter’s may at our discretion, offer a price concession, or a no cost repair. Exclusions: floor samples, outlet, as-is merchandise.

Return Policy Exclusions

Televisions and Electronics- Returns within 30 days of purchase following tender guidelines above. Manufacture requires all returns include box and all accessories (remotes, stands, or bases, instruction books, etc.) to qualify for return.

Some products, at the manufacturer's discretion, will require the customer to contact the manufacturer to authorize or facilitate a repair, exchange, or return.

Special fees and return approval may apply on orders over $5000.00.

*Mattresses and special-order merchandise have exclusions.

Mattresses exchanges are limited to one exchange during the trial period.

Mattress Returns/Exchanges will be charged a $99.00 nonrefundable usage fee.

Use of a mattress protector is recommended during the trial period. Mattress protectors and Pillows are not eligible for return or exchange.

Bedding must be in original condition. Please see below for transportation instruction.

Some manufacturers/brands have an extended comfort policy. In these cases (and when our 30 days expires) Beiter's will refer you to the manufacturers extended comfort terms.

If your bedding exchange requires pickup, do not attempt to move the mattress, or relocate within the home as scuffs and stains will void the warranty and make the product ineligible for return or exchange.

If you will be transporting a mattress return to the store, please use the original packaging, or purchase an inexpensive protective bedding bag (properly sized) from Beiter's. Scuffs and stains during transportation will void the warranty and make the product ineligible for return or exchange.

Special orders are welcome and require a 20% down payment and full payment before receipt.

Certain special orders (with our discretion) will not qualify for return or exchange.

If a Special Order has been approved for return the 20% down payment is NOT REFUNDABLE.
