I recently bought the Frigidaire air conditioner and so far I am happy with my purchase. My family has one and theirs works so well that's what made me buy one for myself. It really keeps my living room area cool. I love the fact I can set the temp and it will go on and off as the temperature fluctuates.

I™™m a small business owner! Have a 338 square foot building, was looking for a sleek energy efficient unit to cool the space. Since I work 13-14 hours each day in my space. I went with the 12,000 BTU , and I™™m extremely pleased with my purchase. The unit came very well wrapped and setup was a breeze. The instructions were very simple and helpful. Installation went perfect . Turn the unit on and immediately started filing my space. The only downfall I have with the unit is the noise factor. The description online stated the unit itself is compared to a electric toothbrush running! This unit is way louder than that! But overall extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Purchased this window air conditioner to cool off a 500 sqft space in a high temperature and high humidity environment. Installation was easy, and the paint job on the case seems to be very well done, doesn't feel thin and cheap like some air conditioners. The unit works well to cool and dehumidify the space. Very happy with the purchase!

The 12000 BTU A/C was bought during the height of the August heat wave , right after my old Fedders unit gave up the ghost. Installing the Frigidaire A/C was a breeze and cooled down my living rm and dining rm within minutes;I`am extremely pleased with my purchase from my local PC Richards here in Brooklyn NY

I purchased this A/C before the summer started and we have had to use it a lot due to the many hot days in July & August (heat waves in NYC). It's a great A/C and the blast of cool air cools off our small studio in a short time. It also didn't cost a fortune compared to other manufacturers, nor does it require technology to operate. It's simple & straightforward which I appreciate in this too complex world of ours.

My unit worked fantastically for three weeks, and then I noticed the compressor had stopped running. I had the unit on for half an hour but the compressor would no longer engage. I wound up taking it out and putting my OLD Frigidaire from 2004 back in the window! When I took it out, I noticed that the entire basepan was rusted inside the unit, and that one of the copper tubings on the outdoor condenser had completely rusted through. Completely unacceptable after just three weeks of use.

Surprisingly, the 12000 BTU Frigidaire runs more quietly that the 6000 BTU unit we bought for the bedroom! We set the temperature at 72 degrees and it keeps our entire 6-room apartment comfortable.

This AC actually cools off 2 1/2 rooms in my house which is more than I thought I mostly needed it for my living room/dining room and it cools all the way to my kitchen! Very pleased with the product! Doesn™™t make a large amount of noise.

The unit works extremely well, cooling multiple rooms in a short period of time. Settings for all temperature situations. Remote control option is a definite plus. Cheaper than brands with similar features and with a better reputation. It can be a bit noisy with the fan setting on high but the effectiveness and quick-cool down capabilities make this a minor issue. Thumbs up all the way!

We had to replace our window unit this year. I went with this unit because the price was great for this unit .My husband said It's a bit smaller and lighter than our previous 10,000 BTU so that's also a huge plus because it's easier to install. We're cooling about 400 sq ft with this unit no problem. If its 85 degrees in the house and we turn the unit on within 30 minutes its dropped to 70 degrees. I love that the remote is a bit bigger because it's easier to keep track of. Also pretty quiet. I work from home and this unit doesn't interfere with work calls or zoom meetings at all. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

We bought this to replace an older air conditioner. My mother uses it to mostly control the humidity. My husband and I found it very easy to install. The instructions were very understandable. It works amazingly. She likes how she can set it and it does exactly what she wants. Quiet, efficient and easy to use. Thinking about buying another one for ourselves.

I'm happy with this a/c , but I hated the box it came in! My new unit came with two dents, and lots of damage to the evaporator fins on the back. It still runs fine, but why should I be happy with a brand new a/c with dents and damage, all due to Frigidaire's crappy packaging. I would think Frigidaire would be proud enough of their product that it would supply robust packaging.By the way, the Frigidaire website also sucks - I'm fulling in this comment field with part of it blocked by the "Successful Review Guidelines" pop-up blocking it. What lousy website programming!!!!
