Delivery

While you anxiously await the delivery of your recent purchase from us there are a few things you can do to be prepared. You can always use our live crew tracking system, so your delivery day is a free as you need it to be.

  1. Make sure the hallway and stairs to where you want your purchase placed is clear and the room is ready for your delivery.
  2. Have your pets in a safe place away from the path of our delivery crew.
  3. Please make sure walks, driveway, steps, and stairways must be clear of snow/ice, and moss.
  4. We will notify you of the two-hour delivery window that is generated by our routing software the day before your delivery.
  5. We will with the customer’s permission, take photos of any issues that may prevent the delivery crew from completing the setup of your ery.
  6. We will not rearrange furniture
  7. We will not remove waterbeds
  8. We will not remove items with any type of infestation
  9. We will not deliver old item to a separate address
  10. We will not pick up any items that have been stained by bodily fluid

Beiter’s reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations where conditions might put our employees at risk for personal injury or compromised health or are in our judgement possibly in violation of local building and safety codes.

Local Delivery: Major Appliances $396 And Up: Free

Included: Unwrap/Inspect, connect*, demo, level, anti-tip device, minor relocation of old appliance within home.
Not included: Main shut offs, connect through floor/walls, gas appliances, dishwashers, over the range microwave ovens, cooktops, window air conditioners, wall ovens, or slide-ins, Haul Away & Recycle*

*Beiter's requires the purchase of new connectors (hoses & cords) to hook up your appliance.
*Haul Away and Recycle of an old appliance is $15 Small appliances are dropped off in a box for the standard furniture delivery fee of $59

Local Delivery: Bedding $396 And Up: Free

Included: Unwrap/inspect. Secure frame or bed if possible. Place foundation and mattress on frame. Adjustable beds are assembled, placed, and tested. Recycle of your old bedding
Not included: Mattress protector.

Beiter's requires a solid frame or platform and/or boxspring(s)/foundation in good condition.

Local Delivery: Furniture $59

Included: Unwrap/inspect. Place. Test. Level (where possible) Not included: Some items may require additional fee for assembly such as Bunk beds, ready to assemble furniture*, Storage beds, Futons, Dining (select)

Beiter’s reserves the right to refuse any haul away that is in our judgement contaminated or may cause health concerns. Haul aways with any bodily fluid stains, infestations, or molds will be refused.
